Jernigan's is Nevada City's best pub in town for locals and visitors to our area to kick back and enjoy a FRESH pint of beer from a local brewery, wolf down a mouth watering burger or sandwich, or just catch up with your friends in a relaxing "Irish Pub" type atmosphere. We have a 52" plasma tv where you can watch SF Giants (we are the local unofficial SF Giants Headquarters) , SF 49ers, SJ Sharks, and the Kings battle. We also have a couple of other flat screens for more sports enjoyment.
We offer a rotating variety of tap beers and bottles from local breweries and others, along with lunches and dinner made with fresh local ingredients, fresh baked Truckee Sourdough breads and rolls, and all natural Niman beef for our awesome burgers and tri tip. Our ground beef is fresh ground and our both our ground beef and tri tips are never frozen
Most of our beers on tap are from the many local breweries, new and old, that are springing up all over our region. These are breweries that you can actually go visit and meet the actual brewers themselves. Some of them will coming to Jernigan's for some future beer and food pairing dinners we have planned this year. Every week you will see different beers on my taps as there are many choices out there for you to sample and enjoy. With the variety of wine tasting places available locally, we like to provide a similiar experience, except with beer.
We are located only one mile from Downtown Nevada City, in the Seven Hills Business District, next to The Magic Theater. We always have plenty of parking so come on down and have a pint with your friends, both old and new.
