We believe good food starts with good ingredients!

Our beef is American Durham chuck that we grind in house daily for the freshest burgers in town. We also serve all natural chicken, all natural pork, and uncured thick cut bacon. And we take pride in providing variety for our vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free customers — allowing us to serve an array of dietary lifestyles.

We get seasonal produce from local farms as often as possible. All of our bread is from Truckee Sourdough Company and our tortillas are from Hola Tortillas around the corner. All our dressings, aiolis, and picked veggies are made and cut in house along with our beer batter and petty much everything else! Its quality you can taste.
